Chaga-Rezepte: Traditionelle und neu methode um Chaga zu geniesen

Chaga Recipes: Traditional and new ways to enjoy the most antioxidant food on the planet.

Chaga is one of the most effective antioxidants you can take. Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used chaga for its healing benefits, and ever since chaga has been a staple in Northern medicine systems.

The traditional way to drink Chaga is a decoction. If you want to use this traditional method, you will need a pot in which you put two liters of filtered water and 1-2 heaping tablespoons of chaga and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the water is reduced by half (this usually takes at least an hour). Drink the remaining liquid within the next 3 days. This method ensures that the cell walls of the Chaga mushroom are broken down, allowing your body to absorb all the goodness this mushroom has to offer. We love this traditional method of Chaga preparation, but don't always have the time to follow it. That's why our Chaga is so finely milled, that its cell walls are already broken. What does this mean? We grind our Chaga so finely that you don't have to cook it to get all of its wonderful properties. You can add Agabia's Chaga directly into teas, smoothies and coffee. This is a great aid in the preparation of recipes.

Some of our favorite recipes with chaga are:

Chaga Drip Coffee
Chaga and cinnamon cocoa
Chaga Chai
Chaga and Ashwagandha Recovery Smoothie
