Chaga and Cinnamon Cacao

This recipe is my absolute favorite preparation for chaga. My whole house smells heavenly of cinnamon and chocolate every time I make it and it's ready in less than five minutes. Simply perfect!


  • ¾ cup or 150 mL of boiling water.
  • ½ teaspoon chaga powder
  • ¼ cup or 50 mL of coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon raw Swiss honey
  • ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon


  1. Add the chaga and cinnamon to the boiling water and steep for 2-3 minutes.
  2. After a couple of minutes, add the cacao powder and stir until the mixture is lump-free.
  3. Finally, mix in the milk and honey to taste.
